VSJ-125 Salon Cupboard or Cabinet by Kurt Gunther & Horst Brechtmann for Fristho, 1960s
Sleek and minimalist in design this large cabinet, designed by Günther and Brechtmann for Fristho in 1961, is made of teak with a metal chromed strip along the edge of the top and a chromed base and doorknobs. Consisting of 5 drawers and a small compartment on the right. The left is opened by one large door that has 2 shelves behind it. Lots of storage space! The inside is made of birch and rosewood veneer. A high quality design piece, this one is from the V-series, all by the German designers Günther and Brechtmann for Fristho.
The cabinet has been restored and refinished.
