Rare among the Danish design chairs, this one was designed by Arne Hovmand Olsen. This design has a characteristic scissor construction: where the rear leg and armrest, and the front leg and backrest respectively intertwine and is made by Mogens Kold. Not much later, this type of construction was used by several designers, including Louis van Teefelen. This chair is very comfortable and is in good vintage condition, with reupholstered in red vinyl and Newly oiled backrest.
And take a look at the leather patches on the side that have been glued to the wood and are still on it after 60 years!
