Very nice boomerang shaped floating desk manufactured by Tijsseling, The Netherlands 1960. This executive desk is often attributed to Cees Braakman for UMS Pastoe. It has 3 drawers on the right and a door on the left with 1 plywood open drawers behind.
A very nice detail is the white lacquered curved wooden bookshelf at the back. The desk is supported by 4 v-shaped chromed legs. It’s in good condition with some wear from age and usage. Fantastically shaped and typical Dutch designed desk from the 60’s.
Light wear consistent with age and use, Partially restored, Small blemish on top, see photo’s. The desk has been cleaned and oiled and is ready to be used.
