Artifort Theo Ruth sofa C518-2, 1970s. This sofa was designed by Theo Ruth for Artifort in 1958. That model had a wooden frame. In the 1970s and 80s Artifort reissued the sofa but with a metal frame instead of the wooden. This sofa dates from the 1970s.
Its metal frame is turquois of colour and probably therefore also reminds me of the Memphis Style.
Sofa is upholstered in purplish, blue & mauve colours and the fabric shows its age and usage.
